Music of the Blog - Ruben Studdard - Fly Without Wings - Amazing Grace - I Surrender All
It's another non-working Saturday for me. Since last night I've been thinking what I should do during Saturday. Fortunately I did all my laundry last friday night. Well, not all I did. There are some clothings I have to handwash them myself as it was really delicate to spoilt it up.
So what I did was to dive in into my gym's website, and check on the schedule. My first objective; look for the step class timing. So far I have attended Arjiette's and Nicholas. As of today, there's 2, Nor and Daniel. Nor's class is at 10am at Midvalley while Daniel is at 11.10am, Sunway. So I just decide to go over to Daniel's class (plus, I was told by my friend that he is kinda.....well..I won't comment more). And so, I went over to the class. I know I will be late if I take bus over, so I took cab instead.
I know if I took cab from LRT station itself, they will definitely name me a price, of which I decided to take from the opposite side. But it doesn't seems to make any difference. Apparently, the cab driver did something with the machine and he thought that I didn't see it at all; in fact I already see that he's doing something on the machine when I got in the car. He adjust the speed level of meter run, meaning to say that at every kilometre, it will raise 10sen, and surprising, before it even reach one kilometre, it already reach 30sen.
Normally when I took taxi over to Sunway, it usually cost me RM8. When I arrived there, the total amount is RM11, and in hand I already took out RM12. When I pass him the money, I only give him RM11, and he was kinda expecting to get more from me; that is so total no way I will give him that extra tips from me. RM1 extra tips is still meant a lot, as I'm particular in service wise. He himself even talk to me about other drivers to love to name a price. Speak to himself instead.
Anyway.....went into the gym, put on my shoes and do a bit of weight training before I go into the class. Before I even step into the class, there was a young girl was standing outside. We both look at each other, smiled at each other and yet to talk to each other. :P
Time has come when some of us got into the class, got the step board and look for a good spot to positioned our board. I was trying to recalled Arjiete's complicated steps and try do on it when the girl then asked me if this was my first time for this class and that's when we got to know each other. Her name is M.Y. and she was also Y Fitness member in her area, and apparently got herself as member in Cali.
We both chat chat before start class. And Ok...here's how Daniel class works. There was no warm up, just do the step up and neverrrrr stop. He showed us the step and keep follow him and do it until all of us got it right then he will move on with the next steps. He didn't stop the music just to teach us the step slowly, and best part of all, among all the trainers that by far I have gone thru, he was the first step instructor that actually yawn in the class. I wonder if that is the professional enough to teach us steps?
Well, the step was way too basic, but it's alright for me, as it's been month I didn't attended. In fact, last Thursday when I attended Arjiete's class, she told me that it's been quite a while didn't see me in her class, and yeah...in fact I wanna chat with her more (or better word...38 with her); however she got her jimuis sitting around her, so I better not babble up my stories to her yet until I find a good time to chat with her.
At her class, we had 3 step boards, and the step was confusing and ridiculously complicated (probably it was my ownself that got confuse since I didn't attend her class for 1 month plus already).
And so, after Dan's class, me and M.Y. chat a while and talked about some stuff, getting to know each other, then she introduced me to join Bollywood Jam. Looking at my time now, I have no appointment, and I have totally got nothing to do in the later afternoon, so I just say ok to her and join her for Bollywood Jam.
In the class, majority are girls, especially indians. Good gracious O-me that there's at least guys, so I'm not alone, and what's more that the instructor is a guy. Well, I have some rough idea on how Bollywood dance looks like, it's all well-sync with each other despite many number of people there.
What I didn't know is that, it's not easy to do Bollywood dance. You got to loosen up your body and do a bit of shakey here and there. Oo...believe me...when you start to do Bollywood dance, it's not as simple as shake your ass. It's more than that. It's the combination of shaking your ass and your shoulder and your head at the same time and to make your body a bit 'lembik' so that it has the bollywood dance style. It's something like hip hop, just let your body take control and do da Dangs.
After the class, when into the changing room, took shower, got change and then left the gym for lunch. I was so damm hungry that I just don't care what I want to eat.
The next thing I did is window shopping, and apparently, it turned out to be my shopping spree and I spend a bomb this time (but at least one of my wishlist has been fulfilled already).
One more weekend to go, then back to normal work days. And this coming Monday till Tuesday I will be in Cyberjaya for training. Already damm far, and pricey somemore...sigh~
Anyway, in conjunction with my first time attending a Bollywood Jam this afternoon, here's a video clip of a funniest Bollywood Dance with it's lyrics as well. Check it out and have a good laugh at it.
