Another working Saturday. It seems that today is a sot sot day. Something seems to be NOT-SO-RIGHT going on.
In office, a miscommunication by my boss almost lead me into 'screwing session' from all 3 parties if I was so not careful with what I have to do after boss gave me 2 assignment of the day.
Good thing I took the pre-caution as I read thru the e-mail and found out that the message was not clear. Only when I checked with 'Tai Lou' in that department, I was fortunate enough to find out that the sessions were not meant for our departments. Imagine if I just go ahead with the assignment without checking back with him. I will sure kena tiao by 'Tai Lou', the staffs in my department, and of course, my boss.

After work, I accompany my colleague Manjeet a.k.a. Macha to California Fitness at Menara Standard Chartered for trial enquiry.
Two days ago we both enquired about the package and the chinese lady told us story A. As of today, the indian lady and a chinese guy told us story B. This gave us an impression that they didn't provide correct information. BAD BAD BAD.
Next thing is that the sales guy did an explanation about health and fitness to Macha. And as he was talking about getting sleepy after lunch hour, I was discreetly yawning, trying NOT to yawn out so loud like what I normally did in the office.

It's been a while I since meet up my good buddy a.k.a colleague Toby since he has been based in Times Square while I'm at the other building. In the morning he sent me an sms asked me if I'm coming over to Times Square for birthday bash. Well, unfortunately I won't go there for the sake of the bash. Besides, I got work to do though.
Anyway, after the talk at the gym, I went over to Low Yatt to have my lunch first as I was so hungry, thus I ordered my lunch (and I ordered the wrong stuff). Doesn't matter now.
Toby arrived minutes after I arrived at the cafe and we chatted, chatted, chatted, until we make a move to roam around KL malls for window shopping.
While window shopping, we both still chat about work, clothings, technologies and mobile phones. And good thing is, most of the time we chat in Cantonese, a good way to practice and improvise my language apart of Mandarin and my native language Hakka.
We keep roaming around the places till we forgotten all about the time and then we decided to go over to Proton showroom to have a good look at the latest PROTON SAGA.
Auron-Declan's comment: IT WAS REALLY GOOD THIS TIME. I just love the big-mama exterior look; COOL. I just love the interior; SPACIOUS. Of course I did enquire some stuff that I should know about SAGA with the sales person, especially about fuel consumption.
Can anybody tell me if this PROTON SAGA's fuel consumption will be as economic as the Perodua's Myvi/Viva??

There is something that I dislike about public transportation
Firstly, the inconveniency of the distance, well basically it's something like the location of the station that was placed at the SO-NOT-STRAGETICALLY well.
Next thing is, I was in my line when someone happen to cut cross my line and just go in into the train and I end up can't get in the train. I was like "BLARDYYYYYYYYYYYYYY BODOH SEEEEEEENGGGG PUNYA ORANG". I just beh tahan with people like that.
I think I did mentioned about this before at my previous blog, where I was still standing in my line and there were some kiddos, well, let me rephrase that...THOSE LA LA MUIZ, pushing me away of my line when trying to get in into the train. I was furious with the action so instead of going into the train, I bang her away of the train and I did hear the loud 'OUCH' from her.
Instead of saying sorry to her, I had this heart to tell her "SERVE YOU RIGHT" (Since when Auron-Declan become more evil??...
Just remember one thing about Auron-Declan. Auron-Declan is always a nice and friendly person. But when he was being tolerance-tested until the max level, Auron-Declan can be very dangerous without any notification. Don't ever think to test his tolerance level, or you'll be sorry).
Well, it was an indeed crazy saturday, and am looking forward for my trip back to hometown. Well, exactly next week I won't be in KL, so Bon Voyage to KL and Hola to Kinabalu Fort.
Am looking forward for spend some time with my family, and to do things that I already came up with on Auron-Declan's AGENDA, and of course doing some part time work while back in hometown.
One of my agenda is to spend a Day in Sapi Island, and this time I'm bringing my sister along with me (due to personal reason). Besides, she is very very free enough that I think she can be my photographer, so be prepare for another vain pot photos of Auron Declan.

GYM - Remember when I mentioned that my step instructor AJ told me that it's been quite long time she since saw me attend to her class. That time I wanted to 38 with her but then she had her jimuis sitting by her side, so I just put it on hold until the next time when I get a chance to chat with her personally.
Chances is on my side when I attend her class again on Sunday afternoon. After I changed my work out attire, I went down, sit down next to her and start to 38 with her. There are so many things that we been chatting this time, comparing with the time before that, and we both got to know each other more better (I think)
One of the thing that I 38 with her is about the 'incident' I had last month. Basically just told her the reason why I've been NOT attending the class these days. She was shocked to learned that I was being one of the many victim for that incident. I almost wanted to show her my 'wound' but I think it will be too gory for her to see it.
She eventually told me to be more extra careful, somemore, adding on with her point of view towards this case and also shared her stories as well; herself driving a Mercedes while being chased by 2 other cars, and she have to drive to Police Station then the cars dissappeared out of no where. Now that is really scary.
Not this kind of chase car lar
One thing we both agreed is that our country is not a safe country unless the government do something about it, of which recently our PM announced that the crime rate has been increased treumendously until he had ordered the police force and all communities to come up with something to enhance the security around the place; one of the agenda was
TO SET UP CCTV AT ALL PLACES
be it in the malls, carparks, shops, or office...this time it'll be more and beyond expectation (of course no CCTV in public toilet or even hotel toilet or I would rather use my own home's toilet for a pee pee and boom boom)
I think it is extremely a good idea, but I think the best idea is to have police roaming around the place instead of them sitting in their station, doing nothing but either having their donuts and coffee or playing cards or congkak or mahjong.

It's another non-working Saturday for me. Since last night I've been thinking what I should do during Saturday. Fortunately I did all my laundry last friday night. Well, not all I did. There are some clothings I have to handwash them myself as it was really delicate to spoilt it up.
So what I did was to dive in into my gym's website, and check on the schedule. My first objective; look for the step class timing. So far I have attended Arjiette's and Nicholas. As of today, there's 2, Nor and Daniel. Nor's class is at 10am at Midvalley while Daniel is at 11.10am, Sunway. So I just decide to go over to Daniel's class (plus, I was told by my friend that he is kinda.....well..I won't comment more). And so, I went over to the class. I know I will be late if I take bus over, so I took cab instead.
I know if I took cab from LRT station itself, they will definitely name me a price, of which I decided to take from the opposite side. But it doesn't seems to make any difference. Apparently, the cab driver did something with the machine and he thought that I didn't see it at all; in fact I already see that he's doing something on the machine when I got in the car. He adjust the speed level of meter run, meaning to say that at every kilometre, it will raise 10sen, and surprising, before it even reach one kilometre, it already reach 30sen.
Normally when I took taxi over to Sunway, it usually cost me RM8. When I arrived there, the total amount is RM11, and in hand I already took out RM12. When I pass him the money, I only give him RM11, and he was kinda expecting to get more from me; that is so total no way I will give him that extra tips from me. RM1 extra tips is still meant a lot, as I'm particular in service wise. He himself even talk to me about other drivers to love to name a price. Speak to himself instead.
Anyway.....went into the gym, put on my shoes and do a bit of weight training before I go into the class. Before I even step into the class, there was a young girl was standing outside. We both look at each other, smiled at each other and yet to talk to each other. :P
Time has come when some of us got into the class, got the step board and look for a good spot to positioned our board. I was trying to recalled Arjiete's complicated steps and try do on it when the girl then asked me if this was my first time for this class and that's when we got to know each other. Her name is M.Y. and she was also Y Fitness member in her area, and apparently got herself as member in Cali.
We both chat chat before start class. And Ok...here's how Daniel class works. There was no warm up, just do the step up and neverrrrr stop. He showed us the step and keep follow him and do it until all of us got it right then he will move on with the next steps. He didn't stop the music just to teach us the step slowly, and best part of all, among all the trainers that by far I have gone thru, he was the first step instructor that actually yawn in the class. I wonder if that is the professional enough to teach us steps?
Well, the step was way too basic, but it's alright for me, as it's been month I didn't attended. In fact, last Thursday when I attended Arjiete's class, she told me that it's been quite a while didn't see me in her class, and yeah...in fact I wanna chat with her more (or better word...38 with her); however she got her jimuis sitting around her, so I better not babble up my stories to her yet until I find a good time to chat with her.
At her class, we had 3 step boards, and the step was confusing and ridiculously complicated (probably it was my ownself that got confuse since I didn't attend her class for 1 month plus already).
And so, after Dan's class, me and M.Y. chat a while and talked about some stuff, getting to know each other, then she introduced me to join Bollywood Jam. Looking at my time now, I have no appointment, and I have totally got nothing to do in the later afternoon, so I just say ok to her and join her for Bollywood Jam.
In the class, majority are girls, especially indians. Good gracious O-me that there's at least guys, so I'm not alone, and what's more that the instructor is a guy. Well, I have some rough idea on how Bollywood dance looks like, it's all well-sync with each other despite many number of people there.
What I didn't know is that, it's not easy to do Bollywood dance. You got to loosen up your body and do a bit of shakey here and there. Oo...believe me...when you start to do Bollywood dance, it's not as simple as shake your ass. It's more than that. It's the combination of shaking your ass and your shoulder and your head at the same time and to make your body a bit 'lembik' so that it has the bollywood dance style. It's something like hip hop, just let your body take control and do da Dangs.
After the class, when into the changing room, took shower, got change and then left the gym for lunch. I was so damm hungry that I just don't care what I want to eat.
The next thing I did is window shopping, and apparently, it turned out to be my shopping spree and I spend a bomb this time (but at least one of my wishlist has been fulfilled already).
One more weekend to go, then back to normal work days. And this coming Monday till Tuesday I will be in Cyberjaya for training. Already damm far, and pricey somemore...sigh~
Anyway, in conjunction with my first time attending a Bollywood Jam this afternoon, here's a video clip of a funniest Bollywood Dance with it's lyrics as well. Check it out and have a good laugh at it.
It has been quite a while since the last time I blogged about gym and step class.
There was one period of time I didn't go to the step class, it was still in the fasting season and by the weekend itself it will be Hari Raya time.
-the season of ketoopats-
At first I was kinda motivated to go for the step class, however, having lots of influence of holiday-mood from my collegues, I end up also being so damm lazy want to go to step class. Besides I also have the holiday mood as well.
Meanwhile, let me just share with you what happen during the gym and the step class.
-ooiii..telling you story lar..come back-
Well, gym wise..not much I can say except that I still maintain doing the weight training for the upper part of the body. Last two weekends ago I met up with a group of friends who happened to do their shopping around 1U, and one of them asked me 'Why you got such a big nen-nen'. I was like....look stunt.. Haha...Do I really have big chest when I was in progress of building it up??
-got that big meh??-
Maybe that's great, just that I still need to work more on it, alongside with my arms and shoulder as well, coz I don't want to make in an in-balanace with the firmness below body parts (especially my leg and my butt).
Step class....wooo..this is the fun part that I love to talk about. It's not that I'm so damm pro on doing it, it just that the excitement of doing the steps and the movement make me feel so sexy everytime we get to do the turn part, and sometimes other people may think that the moves were sooooooooooooooo gay. I don't mind whatever they said. Besides, we can't control their mouth.
One of the Tuesday evening I brought one of my collegue for Steps 101 Beginner and it was his first time into the step class. After the class itself, I asked him how was it and what he thinks about the class, and he was like kinda speechless, coz he was exhausted and confused with the steps. Yeah..I understand how he feels, coz that is what happened to me during my first time.
And then, on one of the Thursday night time, another friend of mine (the same friend who drove me up to KLIA and fetch me back home during my homecoming trip), joined me for the step class and also did a bit on weight training prior to the class. The class level was Intermediate, slightly harder, so I told him that just try slowly lor if cannot catch up.
Indeed, it was totally foreign for him and he just need to take it slowly as that time we did the U-shape steps and it was a blur night not only for some of us, but also even to the pros, let alone to the instructor herself.
After the class, I was like what's wrong with the class tonight. Even when I was at the main entrance, waiting for my friend, the instructor came down, approached and asked me about the class situation, and I agree with her that it was really a blur night for all of us.
On one particular time, thanks to the last minute training of which got delayed, I had missed my step class session on the Tuesday night by 15mins and it was full jam pack with people inside the class. I have the intention to just go in there, get the board and the 2 foots, find a place and start to do the steps, but with many people there, I wouldn't dare to do so.
I eventually made my way down to Sunway Pyramid via monorail, Putra LRT and bus and when arriving at Sunway Pyramid, I only got to realised that the Work Out studio was closed due to the maintenance work, and so the other room are re-schedulized and to make the matter worse, there was NO step class that night.
A BIG SWEAT BUMMER ON MY HEAD. I should have check the schedule online or at the Menara Standard before I make my way down there. Well, since I was there, I only did a short sessions on weight training, but was not in a mood to do it since there was no step class. Sigh~
Next time will never do that again lor...Next time will check the schedule before I come lor..
Nevertheless, I do see a bit result though, especially on my waist line. Reduced from size 36 to 34 and then down to 32 is really a 'miracle'...and what make me happy the most is even at size 32, the pants still can come off easily when I forced-pull it down. I'm finally slim.
My mum called me a Girraffe and some friends called me either a Camel or a Llama (New Emperor's Groove) becoz of my long neck.
Haha..No matter what they call, I don't give a damm on them. I still thank God for giving me 'ME'.
2 years ago, my previous collegues in KL even called me Kangaroo coz of my long neck and fat tummy (at that point of time), and I happened to have big boss who has slightly similar look like me, who were then being called as Uncle Kangaroo.
Giving all kind of funny names can be funny, but we just leave it a side. Joke is a joke only, just don't take it into heart is just good enough to make things beautiful.
Meanwhile, my target is still on my arms, shoulder and chest (damm...am building up a good nice shapely build chest, not a big boobs) and also concentrating on tummies as well.
Yeap...that's what I said in the title. It was way long overdue since my birthday, but this belated gift am receiving with one good reason; meeting me up in person is the best option rather than having it deliver via post or courier.
Somemore, I didn't know what was the item until the item was showed. OMG...it was wonderful. After my mum's gift, this one is another precious gift that I will make sure I won't lose sight of it, treasure it as my precious gift I could ever had for this year's birthday.
I won't tell you guys about 'that' gift. However, I can only give you one tip. If you happen to see something different in me, then you will know it.

SATDAY
Saturday was a normal weekend for me, as I was accompanying my friend who came to KL for his holiday. At night time there was this hottest hunk get-together session at Sg Wang, and one of my good friend who was in the list among 30 hot studs. Was standing at the 2nd floor's by the backstage section, so whoever contestants am seeing as well based from my view, I'm actually only seeing those studs with black and red singlets and their hair, therefore I can't even recognise which one is my friend.
I messaged him earlier on when I arrived at Sg Wang, however, as he did not message at that point of time, I just have to use common sense; that he must have been switching it to silent mode and left it in the bag.
After the first batch of the contestants introduced themselves, they was fashion show, flashing on guys' casual wear when my friend finally replied my message and ask about my whereabouts. Then I went down to the ground floor and meet him up in person, and chat with him a bit while, and of course, giving him an encouragement that hopefully he can get thru to the next round. Now just finger cross whether he will be one of the top twelve or not.
-------------------------------------------------
Last saturday was suppose to munch something with my friends for dinner/supper when I happen to see something till it gave me a flashback on something that had happened to me previously, and that had upset me a lot, thus I have lost the appetite all the time, all night long.
All I had was just drink; plain water, hot chinese tea, honeydew juice, and even carlsberg beer. Luckily I didn't had tummy ache to consume these mixtures. But I was sad in myself. Just don't ask me why, coz I don't know how to explain about it. Whatever happen has already happened. BYGONE!
Yeap...again..I guess some of you may have got bored with my STEP story. But hey..am sharing my experience and excitement about this class. And again, I felt energetic and sexy everytime I finished the class.
Oh well...I was late by few minutes and by the time I set up the board, it was at the quarter of the first steps. Looks though..not until I keep looking at the instructor's move first, observe her steps and turns, then I slowly follow.
The class was fantastic. Always fantastic for me. I'm feeling more firmer, but still need to work out a lot.
Sunday after the gym class, meet up with my friends for another round of shopping. OO....guess what I bought? Don't know ler :P
I went over to The Face Shop and bought myself a body lotion. In fact, I have always been looking for good one, as long as it's moisterize my body skin as am feeling so damm not nice. Just a matter of the smells and it's friendliness and effectiveness towards my skin.
The salesgirl let me try 4 flavours, and 2 of them I rejected due to the bad smell that totally turned me off. And then after smelling the top 2 flavours, I chosed the one that consider universal and unisexual type of smells, as the other one smells feminine. And there I go shopping (AGAIN!).
Next I went over to GNC. Surveying on the price and also with their products that are related to work out stuff. In fact, it's a supplement shop, and based on my friends recommendation, this shop are recognised with their famous product that are really good and effective towards our body needs in physical health wise. It's a supplement shop for goodness sake.
Oh yeah, the good thing about this GNC was the offer for the VIP member, of which I applied myself as a member. It's kinda reasonable, only RM20 for 2 years membership and then renewable at RM?? for ?year(s). (Didn't ask her though :P) Will buy my supplements from here soon/later.
-------------------------------------------------
After the meet-up-a-while with my friends, at 7pm I have to go off to meet up another one, of which my friend fetch me from Low Yatt and then make our way down to Ikano/Ikea.
We had dinner at the Ikea Restaurant, and I was really really hungry and hoping to have the meatballs. Well, I was shocked to see that there are no more meatballs for meals, but it was substitute with new menus; chicken leg with swede herbs dish. Sounds healthy, unfortunately it was not really tasty. Something is lacking in there. Probably they are still experimenting the ingredients on that food. However, just what I need; protein meat for my dinner, and I was eating that chicken leg (thigh). It was damm big (And I can imagine the chicken must be giants)
After the dinner, we had a lil walk at the furnitures section, and I was still tempting to get myself a bed frame. I think quite soon I'll get it for myself.
------------------------------------------------
Few days ago I just downloaded a remix version album of Kylie Minogue. Of so many songs that I heard, this particularly song had attracted me a lot, and it sounds real dramatic, a bit similar with what I had worked out on my compositions.
As this song was under Kylie Minogue, I did a bit of homework though, by looking for the lyrics of this song 'Finer Feeling'. It sounds nice, cool and define emotional definition that I'm very sure it must have the reason why this song composed and was made it this way.
Just look at this lyrics.
You can't give to me anything I couldn't get for myself I have needs as much as any man And I understand the feelings well
I can still have a true heart with a free mind A good life with a good time
But what is love without the finer feelings It's just sex without the sexual healing Passion dies without some tender meanings It ain't love without the finer feelings
I get passionate just like you But I have a little self-control You just show your selfish attitude Your emotion leaves me cold
(I can still have a true heart) it ain't love (With a free mind) it ain't love (A good life with a good time) feelings
I guess it's true...what is love without the finer feelings. It ain't it without it.
Nah..I'm not talking about the DIGI. It's the step class that I attend earlier on. Tonight's class was even tougher than I previous attend. What they did was they had the formation of a helicopter or better known as windmill. I came to realise that the steps were actually the same like how I learned. The only difference is with the additional of the formation, we were suppose to go round and round and do the steps as per normal.
Oh yeah.....I met up my ex-boss as well. Kinda shocked though, but well, we both were kinda didn't talk at first, but as the members were preparing the boards in formation, I just got to know that each formation should have 2 people, and I was standing there, carrying the board like an idiot. My ex-boss asked me to share with him since he's also alone as well. He also mentioned that in case if the steps got too difficult, he will leave the class earlier. I thought this time the class will be tough and yet still manageable to follow the steps.
WRONG!
It was indeed tough, especially when you do the steps, together with the positions and turns around the places. I was indeed dizzy and got blur out with the steps, on which foot should step on the board and the next one goes where. True enough, it didn't take us long before my ex-boss leave the class, and few minutes later I join him as well, and we both did the cardio.
I chatted with my ex-boss a bit while though, and he did mentioned that he's been extremely busy, especially when tomorrow will be MATTA FAIR.
Weee~~...my friend got back to KL from Aussie and Singapore, and he got me a big packet filled with nougats as big as 1KG. For now, I think this nougats can last me until Christmas..if I didn't keep munching it while watching any movies. So sweet of him.
STEP CLASS is still on. Always feel energetic and sexy everytime I attend the class. This time I get to chat with the instructor for a while though. Last week she taught us the steps that we did last week, slowly and step by step. And finally I manage to get through (well, I was not being consistent and had bad memory in remembering the steps though).
Today I was on MSN with my friend in Singapore, who is also an active gym member for our club, and he is the same person that recommend and motivate me to join the class. Today's chat was about music, as I asked him if he used to like ABBA songs, and he told me that he used to like it last time, but for now he prefer Christina Aguilera.
And so, he asked me whether I want to become an instructor already, and I told him that it is still long way to go to become an instructor for gym class. But hey, why not, there's possibility though. If there's a will, there is sure a way.
Weekend was indeed an ok day for me, expect that I have to be alone while travelling around KL city. Friend asked me to help him search for the pirated version of Microsoft Office 2007 and etc. To my surprise, I don't see any counters or stalls that sell those. Probably there's 'operasi' going on. Well, here how I made my journey. KL Sentral down to Imbi Monorail then to Low Yatt then to HSBC tower to make my payment via deposit machine then to Menara SCB for step class. AN hour plus later, walked all the way back to Low Yatt, and roam around at the 2nd and 3rd floor to find the stalls but invain, then over to Sg Wang and roam around again from ground floor to 6th floor and can't find what I want.
Next destination after that was walking over to Lot 10 and roam around there for a while before I decided to walk over to KLCC via Regent Hotel and Cosway, and once reach KLCC, roam around from basement until 3rd floor. Ooo..I also went over to Maxis Centre to make my bill payment when I happen to meet up my x-collegue SV, and he has been so nice assisting with my internet issue. After I have made payments and enquiries and assistance on my queries, I then went back to the counter where SV is located and had chatted with him quite a lot of stuff, about work, personal life and even about love relationship stuff. Well, he was few years older than me, so I really respect him as my senior and also as a friend.
From KLCC, then roam around a bit more while keep thinking about what I want to have for dinner before I finally decided to leave KLCC via train with my empty stomache. Upon reaching KJ station, I was so tired and sleepy and still need to wait up for my friend to fetch me from there and to have supper. Went to Wong Kwok SS2 and had my favourite pastas as my supper.
After the supper, he sent me home. Unpack stuff, took shower and apply cream treatment on my pimples, and lied on my bed to rest a while and the next thing I know is the next day was already Monday morning. Aarggh....Gosh..I hate monday.
(and I still got extra time to become a vain-pot while doing window shopping in Sungei Wang)
-----------------------------------
OK....talking about the internet stuff.. Basically many of my friends thought I used Streamyx to make connection. Sorry, although I'm working part of it, but I chosed to use Maxis Wireless Broadband with only one reason...it's wireless. That's right..In case if I were to move out to elsewhere, I don't have to do relocation query..All I need to do is just bring over the modem with me to the new place. Not only that, I can also bring it together with me while I'm in the major city and I can still go online while getting stuck in the jam. How cool is that.
Connection wise was stable for the first few months of my subscription until it comes into the 4th month, whereby there was maintenance on network going on (it didn't affect from the Taiwan Earthquake incident though) and I can't use the internet for weeks until 1 week prior for my homecoming trip.
The only thing that I'm not satisfy about this service was the information gave by the reseller, and also the people and even to the counter staff at TTDI about the HomeVoice Standard Package charge. Basically, my only reason to apply their broadband service is just for online purpose, not making phone calls or something like that as I already had my mobile phone. When I subscribe them, I also got the promo of 6months fee-waive on homevoice service and thereafter will be chargeable at RM15/mth. During the 6months waiveable period, I was still being charged on homevoice, and this really upset and frustrate me a lot. I even waste my 1 lunch-hour plus just to get my ass down to TTDI and make queries and complaint on the homevoice charge and the staff told me that they will waive it for me and also make sure that the following months of the promo's duration won't charge me. Unfortunately, my frustration has fallen into the deaf ear perhaps as there are still charge on the following month.
Basically, on technical wise, I like it very much, but sometimes it was not really stable and kinda frustrated with it. Billing wise, I think this is what make Maxis become a well built company with stable incomes, for charging people on the services that was not suppose to be charged and only those smart people who look into the bill everytime the bill comes will know what is going on.
SV has helped me a lot by suggesting me to get the homevoice service terminate since me as a customer has the right to terminate the homevoice as I don't use it and it was not logic for me to pay for the homevoice when I don't use it at all.
Tonight's step class was incredible. Well, it's an intermediate level. I able to catch it up the steps though, but still need to learn more on it's variation of turning point part.. Well, it aint easy.
Can you see me in this pic? Which one is me?
Highlight this one to find out the truth ->I'm Not In The Pic >:P<--
Tonight was even challenging than the other instructor. Instead of just one board that we do the steps, we used 2 boards, one board on your left and another one on your right and you stand in between.
not as much as this one though
We first taught of the steps, step by step, and then slowly utilize the two boards on both sides and then finally increase the speed and keep do the step and turn and spin and kick. Phew~...This time am kinda dizzy after been turning round and round. Scary.~ But it was fun.
Every time I attend the class, I always look forward for the excitement of fitness in physical terms. I can feel the tense on my lower body, especially on my butt and leg.
Went to the step class again at Midvalley last night. First time in my gym life, I saw many people attended the class and when I say many, the whole studio were jam pack with us, to the stage until when we position our step board, we don't have much space for ourselves and it's quite crampy inside. I only fear of banging other people while doing the steps.
Our instructor was short, but when comes to teaching us on the steps, he's really good (so far). Basically, not only that he know how to teach us, the way he gave us the instruction on which step to move on, he did it in advance and it was so standardise and yet clear that most of the members got used to it. Not for me, as it was my first time to join his class. And frankly speaking, I thought it was an intermediate level until I didn't realised that it was lot more tougher than what I thought of.
Last night was a really incredibly sweating like crazy and kinda exhausted coz never knew that the steps were tougher than basic until I lose count on steps.
no..not this kind of SWEAT
While on the way home, I was on the phone with my friend and told him that the class was incredibly tough. I asked him that if the instructor I went for actually taught us for intermediate level, and he say yeah, the instructor are more into intermediate and advance.
When I arrived home, need to do a bit unpack and I checked on the scheduled for the next class when I realised one thing; the class I have attended to last night is actually EXPERT.
WHAT?!?!???
No wonder the steps were so tough. Nevermind. I'll just take it as an experience. Will practice the steps and learn more about it.
I think I'm falling in love with step class. I think I'm feeling more sexier and sexier when after attended the step class.
Yesterday was the official launching of California Fitness at Sunway Pyramid, the 3rd branch for Malaysia (after Midvalley and Menara Standard Chartered). The centre, it was magnificently gorgeous. Damm nice. And hey..when I first arrive at the gym, there were too many staff in the counter, around the lobby and even at the main entrance area, welcoming the visitors and members. To my own understanding, I thought that it will be jam packs with all the musculars members, getting busy with gymming, cardiong, weight training and even yogaing. To my surprise, it was quite empty, not really fully occupy, (and I honestly prefer that way as well)
When I arrive at the main entrance, the girl outside were asking me if they can help me, and I just told them that I'm actually a member and she politely lead me to the counter for check in, and I also reconfirm with her if the classes being scheduled for that day was still on, and she said yes.
After got check in, the next destination I need to go to is the towel counter and also the changing room, and I kinda got myself lost, and even got even lost when the counter staff trying to explain to me the directions, which sounds very confusing, to the stage that his supervisor led me to the way. Then got myself towels, and then head towards the changing room. Wow, the towel was new, and it's soft (Nice feeling). The class instructor I'm going to attend for saw me and smile at me as part of the greeting. Well, I guess she knew that I'm now starting to become part of her student in her class. Didn't talk to her in personal yet.
The class was beautiful, but not that really spacious as other class like Menara SCB and Midvalley. The best part I like the most are the step board. It was brand new. Nice. Class started during the dinner hours, and there are few newbies attended the class. I have also seen 2 other guys that were also joining the class under this instructor in Menara SCB when I first start to join the step class. (Kinda such a coincident maybe).
The steps for that night was so so, due to the fact that we have newbies with us. But it was alright for me. I'm still learning more on the steps. Learning more on the moves. Learning more on the styles, and I'm feeling sexy. The way we lift the leg, kick it, move here and there, and using your hand to do a not-so-sissy way of fistings punching like, wow..kinda really work on part of your bodies, especially on your leg and your butt.
Anyway, friend of mine recommend me to start joining the BodyPump as it's main focus are more towards the upper part of the body, another word, the arms, chest, shoulders, and probably even tummy. I'll try them soon.
Friend of mine who joined the gym advised me to join the classes, and one of them is Step class. This step class is for those who wanted to work out and focus on their leg and their butt.
The first time I join the step class was like last month, and the first time ever I can feel all the tense going on around my body, and it's very achy the day after I attended the class. This was the first sign of it's effect before I can get use to it and time to get 'trim' down on fats. I still remember that time a 'chubby' instructor taught us the step and I didn't really able to catch the step, and what I didn't know is, we get to do sit up, push up, and all kinds of up. And yeah, it is really achy hours after the class.
The 2nd time of my attendance, the instructor was a 'special' person (the one that I must not name). I messed up with the steps in due to the reason that she sing while doing the step, which somehow got me so beh tahan and lost all the concentration to follow the steps. But then, I had such a great time to attend the class as I get to learn few new steps.
Last weekend I attended the class again, and this time, I really have such a great time doing the steps. Did messed up the steps, but not as much as how I did when I first join for the first 2 times. Well, I'll just need to attend more of this class before I could start to join the advance stage. And guess what..am feeling so sexy after doing the step class, coz I've been sweating like crazy. **everybody say 'EEWWWWWW*
Ever since I joined the gym, I have only go for cardio and weight training and always make an effort to go for gym at least 3 times per week, and if possible, everyday.
For about more than 3 months, I have yet to join their class, and my friends keep telling me that I should try this class, that class..gosh..lots of name. Last week I have decided to join the 1st class in gym era.
Last Tuesday night had tried Hip Hop Class, and the steps was incredibly different compare to how I had since last 2 years ago for a dance performance. I think it's been long time I since shake my booty and body, and I had body aching all parts of my body, but I feel good, feel so sexy. Just aching.
Last Sunday afternoon I tried the 2nd class..Body Step. It's function is to work out on all kind of areas of your body part, especially the leg and the butt area. The tools for this body step is just a board in front of you and all you need to do is just follow what the instructor ask you to do. "Do the basic right, then side kick, then manuever, then swirl, etc"..Gosh..this class is just a beginner level, and yet need to do turn here and there. I just cannot imagine what if I joined Intermediate and Expert..I'm definitely confirm will go flat out. Not forgetting that the instructor got us to do sit up, push up, legs up straight and STRETCH!!....That's really exhausted..but am feeling it.
After the class, walked over to KLCC (along the way, I stopped by at Subway to buy myself half-foot Turkey Delight, tasty and delicious yet healthy but not really filling type of meals. First, went into OSIM to claim my free gift (Yeah..I received a free gift voucher from a bank as my birthday gift for this month..so nice.)
Then walk around KLCC to do window shopping (despite there's megasales going on, I just don't dare to shop already since I"m seriously broke..due to my big day?)
Since nothing much to do, I just took train and went back home straight, took shower and had my sandwich Subway and just rest at home.
Thinking back again....the last time I thought that New Year is over, and I was looking forward for Christmas. Just few blinks and now it's already June, another 6 months to go for Christmas (and 5 more months left for my 3rd Asian Trip). Anyway, few more days left though.
