Last Tuesday night, I was on the internet, chatting with my friends and eventually went on webcam with them, when suddenly there was a thud of sound nearby to my laptop. To my horror, it was the flying type of cockroach. AARRGGGHHH...

Well, I don't think some of my friends know about this except to my hometown buddies. I got phobia for having flying type of roachy. I had bad experiences with this and I had enough with it. 1st time was when I was in primary school, at the back of my house I was standing there looking at my dogs running here and there when there's something stick on my leg, and I thought it was ant coz normally that's where the ant march around, but this was kinda ticklish and it's moving up, and so I look at my leg and it was roachy. Smack it and it fly for it's rescue.
Second time and this happen in the church some more. Apparently the person sitting behind me were pestering me by keep touching my back neck and when turning around they act as if they didn't do it. Anyway, I was waiting for the chance when suddenly the 'thing' got onto my back neck again and I grab them, hoping that I caught them for their wrong doing. To my horror, their hands were down, so it was not them and I was still holding the 'thing', and I was like.....Oh Shoot....Counting at 3, I throw that 'thing' and eventually, it's flying roachy, flying for it's rescue once again. THAT"S IT. I had enough with roachy, especially those flying type.
So far when I arrive in KL, I seldom see roachy, except to certain places where the place are awfully filthy. The place where I am staying right now is consider not a good place, not just about security, it's not really good in environment wise. Why I said that? For those that been into my room, they will know what's wrong. Apparently, just outside my window was a 'loji' stuff, so I assume the roachy must have been manifesting or partying around that place.
I have been staying in this room for like 2 years, and so far, based on my experienced, the roachy that I saw only in the washroom by the handle towel. That time I wanted to take hot bath, and little did I know, roachy was a flying type. What I did was, I sprayed the aerosol towards it and close the toilet door and wait for few minutes before I check on it, hopefully that it got 'dizzy'. No sign of it on the floor, but there's black thing in my pale that filled with my hot water for my shower. It was roachy, and it was totally instant death for this roachy for flying thru the hot water, and i end up have to reboil my water.
OK...here's the latest incident, and this time, it happened in my room. First time, it was in the morning, I woke up and closed the window, turn and walk towards the door for wash up when the roachy was already wringling it's antenna by the wall. Then I sprayed it with aerosol quite a lot and it flew to a place which I never see it again. Before I left my home, I sprayed all hiding areas, hoping that I kill it. For 2 days I didn't any sign of roachy in my room, so I don't care.
Now, continue my story...after got freak out, I dare not go over to the laptop to tell my friend that there's roachy coz the roachy were somewhere there. So I just wait a while, and coincidentally the aerosol only left like 5%, not enough to kill a roachy. Roachy start to climb on my curtain and made its way to the cupboard (good thing I have already closed my wardrobe).
Since I ran out of aerosol, I have a better idea. Cockroach like dirty and filthy places. It's weakness, clean stuff. The last time I used detergent to kill roachy and it's another instant death for roachy. (And my mum going to kill me for wasting those detergent). This time I don't use detergent since this type is flying one. What I did...I have the sanitizer and freshener spray and I sprayed all hiding spot.
No, it didn't work to kill a roachy, but it work on one thing, the roachy tend to get dizzy and because it can't stand with the nice smell, it get out of the hiding spot, left me waiting for it to come out and trying to smack it with my broom, but in vain. This roachy was too smart that it ran into my gym bag and hide there, never dare to come out. I was like..ok....to get this done faster, I fill my pale with water to full, then i dip my gym bag into the pale and force the roachy out of the bag and drop into water, and then, it drowned after for 5 mins.
My ordeal with roachy is done for last night.
(But there's exceptional to some roachies who can entertain me with song performance)
